Welcome to OudArs™. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, phone, email) when placing an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or post harmful or unlawful content.

Our products are handcrafted from natural wood. We try to show colours, grain and dimensions as accurately as possible, but:

• Each piece is unique — grain, shade, knots and finish may vary slightly from photos.
• Sizes may vary by a few millimetres due to handwork.
• Screen settings can make colours look different from the actual product.

These natural variations are not defects. Please follow our Wood Care Guide to keep your products in good condition.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Prices and offers may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• A GST invoice is provided with every order (GSTIN: 09BABPH9858P1ZT).

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or the order is accepted, where applicable) and you receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery location is not serviceable, information is incomplete or incorrect, or the order appears fraudulent. In such cases any amount paid is refunded.

• Designs, sizes, engraving text and timelines are confirmed with you before production starts.
• Please check spellings and details carefully — personalised items are made exactly as approved.
• Custom, personalised and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not returnable unless received damaged.
• Bulk and corporate orders may have separate terms shared with your quotation.

The OudArs™ name, logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics on this website belong to OudArs and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our products are meant for normal household and serving use. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to direct flame, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, prolonged soaking or not following care instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. If not resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
