Where We Ship
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Most PIN codes are serviceable; if your location is not covered, we will contact you before dispatch with options.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges after you place the order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking ID by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Safe Packaging
Wood is natural and needs care in transit. Every order is wrapped and cushioned with protective packing so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
At the Time of Delivery
- Please check that the outer package is intact before accepting it.
- Record an unboxing video — it helps us resolve any transit damage quickly.
- If the package looks tampered with or badly damaged, note it with the courier and inform us.
Report any damaged, defective or wrong item within 48 hours as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by courier operations, weather, festivals, strikes or other events beyond our control. We keep you informed and help follow up with the courier.
